Company Overview
Based in Bellevue, WA, DropStation, Inc. operates an easy-to-use Network of secure package pick-up and drop-off stations, located in densely populated communities such as apartment complexes, condominiums, business parks, and retail centers.

The Company provides a network of secure, self-serve Automated Delivery Machines, ADMs, which streamlines the pick-up and delivery of packages and goods. DropStation has developed a proprietary computer-controlled, multi-compartment software and hardware system that allows parcel carriers and retailers to significantly increase first delivery success - resulting in significant operational savings and increased customer satisfaction..

The ADM contains an interactive controller kiosk, similar to an ATM machine, as well as modular banks of secure lockers. Equipped with a standard touch screen monitor, security camera, barcode reader, and credit card reader; the kiosk portion of the ADM controls locker access for the parcel carrier and recipient. In addition, the onboard proprietary software, in conjunction with the DropStation Network, controls the tracking of locker inventory, while confirming notification of receipt and delivery of each parcel.
