DROPSTATION, INC. BRINGS ON ANDE PAXTON AS VICE PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING

BELLEVUE, WA, July 7, 2008 -- DropStation, Inc. has appointed Ande Paxton as VP of Engineering. Mr. Paxton, who comes to DropStation from Talyst, will be responsible for software and product development.

“Mr. Paxton is a seasoned leader and we are pleased to task him with the further development of our systems platform and expanded integration with our various hardware and dashboard product lines,” commented Dan Wilson, CEO of DropStation. “He will help guide and mold the product development process by bring his wealth of experience related to automated devices within the medical industry.”

Mr. Paxton was Senior Product Manager and Lead Program Manager for Talyst, a manufacture of automated prescription drug dispensers for hospitals since 2004. Mr. Paxton started developing his business and engineering skills at a young age, working with his father who invented the bread clip, the Kwik Lok. After working for Motorola as a design engineer, he co-founded Seattle Technology Corp, which owned 11 Computer Renaissance retail locations and a PC manufacturing/refurbishing business, and later going on to Director of Product Development at the Tacoma based start up ShopperBox Networks. Mr. Paxton holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering and M.B.A. from DeVry University and has over 20 years of technology and business development experience.
